The Water MiniLab water analysing device is able to perform precise and accurate measurements on water quality and its certain chemical parameters without human intervention. Thanks to automated and data-based measurements, more environmentally friendly and cost-effective operation can be achieved in the wastewater industry and other water industry areas.
The use of our water analysis tool is supplemented with a related self-developed software as well. The software can be accessed from either a phone or a PC, so you can easily monitor the measured water quality. Measurement data uploaded to the cloud is analyzed and visualized, making it easy to use for decision support or even forecasting.
With the precise, accurate and cost-effective measurements of our device, the current operation of wastewater treatment plants can be modernized. Based on our research, with regular analysis an average plant can save 10 tons of chemicals per year and thus avoid 25 tons of CO2 emissions as chemical dosing can be optimized.
Our self-developed device is able toautomatically measure the following parameters without human intervention: NH4-N, NO2-N, NO3-N, PO4-P, COD. The measured results are then analyzed in the Water MiniLabapplication, where water quality can be easily and simply monitored and used for decision support..
Due to automated operation, the costs of acquiring and retaining skilled labor are reduced. By optimizing the use of chemicals, chemical costs can reduce as well. Possible fines or other unexpected expenses can also be avoided. Thus, almost HUF 2 million can be saved annually with the measurements of the Water MiniLab at an average plant.
